First, you have to download the file and then extract it. The downloaded file will be saved in your download folder. So when you extract it, open the folder.

Copy the "Files" folder. Yes, you have to copy the whole folder and then go to the Android folder of your mobile's internal storage.

Then, search for the com.tencent.ig and paste the copied file. If you already used the obb files and other patch files, then you find the location where you need to paste it.
